What if I'm a landlord or tenant?
The State Government rebate is allocated per property, not per person, excluding a change in tenancy or ownership of the property. This means that each property in NSW wishing to replace a washing machine with an eligible water efficient washing machine can obtain the rebate regardless of whether the property is a rental property.
