Recent Changes

You may have heard about the recent changes made to the Federal Government rebates program. The main changes are:

  • The insulation rebate is on hold until about June 1, and will be worth $1000 when it is reactivated.
  • The solar hot water rebate is now $1000 and heat pump systems are now $600.
  • The Green Loan scheme will continue as far as home assessments are concerned but the interest free loan component will be discontinued from March 22, 2010.
