Dual Flush Toilets - AVAILABLE REBATES

You may be surprised to learn that the toilet in the average household is one of the biggest users of water. In fact a single flush toilet uses 12 litres of drinking water with every flush. By replacing a single flush toilet with a 4.5/3 litre WELs 4 star dual flush toilet, 60,000 litres of water per year could be saved in a household of four people.

The $200 dual flush toilet rebate is available for all new dual flush toilets with a WELS* rating of at least 4 stars purchased between 15 January 2010 and 30 June 2010. A dual flush toilet is another easy way of saving water in your home.
